La obra pretende dar a conocer el marco regulatorio de los sectores de las telecomunicaciones y el audiovisual. La segunda parte se dedica a la legislación aplicable en materia audiovisual, tanto en lo relativo a propiedad intelectual, como a los servicios de radiodifusión y televisión. Finalmente se incluyen referencias normativas de Derecho Comunitario. La obra se completa con un índice analítico que facilita la búsqueda de las diferentes referencias normativas.
