Prior to the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, it was estimated that there were well over one million people in the USA who were full-time nomads. In the aftermath of the pandemic, that number is almost certain to increase. There are many resources online and in print dedicated to tips about the logistical and financial aspects of the nomadic lifestyle. However, there is very little information out there about the most important element of successful nomading: maintaining good mental health. Along my travels, I've met many fellow nomads who struggle with the unique stresses of a mobile lifestyle. And they have found it difficult to get help - or even find someone to talk to, who understands the problems they are dealing with.
