A importância dos saberes salesianos, que se tornaram uma base sólida para seu crescimento pessoal e intelectual. A sua crença de que ensinar é uma via de mão dupla, um processo que o permitiu aprender e evoluir constantemente. Por fim, Afonso expõe como os sonhos têm o poder de moldar o presente. Ao final do livro, Afonso revela que sonhou escrever esta obra para deixá-la como legado para sua família, pais, educadores e líderes, ampliando a consciência da força transformadora da educação e do valor da família para a construção de um mundo melhor.
