Alessandra Mutarelli è nata a Saluzzo (CN), il 7 Agosto 1971. Vive in Sicilia ed esercita la libera professione di architetto. Appartiene a una generazione poetica che si distacca dalla retorica ufficiale; porta avanti una originale ricerca sul linguaggio, guidata dalla purezza espressiva e dalla funzionalità simbolica della parola, nella conquista di un linguaggio innovativo. La sua poetica attinge dalle sue radici e alla sua formazione, marchi nel suo patrimonio genetico che affiorano con grande intensità nei suoi versi. Ha pubblicato nel 2014 una raccolta di poesie giovanili dal titolo Remar per mari di rime perse – Volume fuori commercio. Nel 2015 è inserita con la lirica Adagio nell'antologia del Premio Nazionale di Poesia e Narrativa “Il litorale” – XVII edizione; con la lirica Di sera nell'antologia Alda nel cuore – Edizione Ursini; con la lirica Tardo inverno (in bianco e nero) nel libro Tra un fiore colto e l'altro donato, pubblicato dalla casa editrice Aletti Editore. È inoltre inserita nel vol. 5 dell'Enciclopedia della Poesia Contemporanea per le opere Dicembre (a mio padre), Perché t'amo e Pulcinella suona ancora (opera buffa di un cialtrone) – Fondazione Mario Luzi Editore. Sempre nel 2015 ha pubblicato la silloge poetica Rapsodia di specchi per Edizioni Sophia e nel 2020 la silloge poetica Cocci di rugiada – Edizioni Sophia. Alessandra Mutarelli was born in Saluzzo, in the province of Cuneo, in the Piedmont th region, on August 7 , 1971. She lives in Sicily and she works as an architect. She belongs to a poetic generation that detaches from the official rhetoric; she pursues a peculiar study on the language, guided by expressive purity and the symbolic functionality of the word, conquering an innovative language. Her poetics draws from her roots and her education, marks in her genetic heritage surfacing with great intensity in her verses. In 2014 she published a collection of early poems titled Remar per mari di rime perse (Rowing among seas of lost rhymes) – out of print. In 2015, with the poem Adagio, she is th inserted in the collection of the National Award of Poetry and Novels “Il litorale” – 17 edition; with the poem Di sera (At night) in the collection Alda nel cuore (Alda in the heart) – Ursini Edizioni; with the poem Tardo inverno (in bianco e nero) (Late winter – in black and white) in the book Tra un fiore colto e l'altro donato (Between a caught flower and th the other donated), published by the editor Aletti Editore. She is also inserted into the 5 volume of the Encyclopedia of Contemporary Poetry for the works Dicembre (a mio padre) (December – to my dad), Perché t'amo (Because I love you) and Pulcinella suona ancora (opera buffa di un cialtrone) (Pulcinella is still playing – opera buffa of a scoundrel) – publisher Fondazione Mario Luzi Editore. Always in 2015, she published her poetic Anthology Rapsodia di specchi (Rapsody of mirror) for the publisher Edizioni Sophia, and in 2020 the poetic anthology Cocci di rugiada (Pieces of dew) – Edizioni Sophia.
