La sicurezza dei cittadini è diventata un tema fondamentale di propaganda politica sia a destra sia a sinistra. Crescono in Italia, si dice, l'insicurezza e la paura della criminalità di strada, nonostante le statistiche più aggiornate mostrino una diminuzione dei tassi di quasi tutti i reati che destano allarme sociale. Ma chi sono i cittadini? Nelle discussioni pubbliche, e talvolta nelle ricerche, si tiene assai poco conto delle differenze tra gli abitanti della città, e soprattutto di quella fondamentale, ossia del fatto che almeno la metà di essi sono donne. Questo libro interroga e analizza i diversi modi in cui donne e uomini vivono la città, esplora le differenze tra le donne e fornisce su tale base alcune ipotesi sia sull'insicurezza sia sulle politiche per farvi fronte. La prospettiva di genere qui adottata dà luogo ad un'analisi fortemente critica dei modi in cui la sicurezza cittadina è affrontata sia sul piano della discussione pubblica sia su quello delle iniziative politiche. Qui si propone di puntare, viceversa, sulla produzione di fiducia, cosa che implica, come si cerca di dimostrare, l'attivazione di politiche tali da mettere ciascuna in grado di correre rischi piuttosto che di evitarli. La questione, infatti, è quella di una maggiore autonomia, non di una maggiore protezione. (Editore).

Questo ebook intende fornire un quadro di riferimento e delle note esplicative della nuova norma EN ISO 13849-1:2015 “Sicurezza del macchinario - Parti dei sistemi di comando legate alla sicurezza - Parte 1: Principi generali per la progettazione”. Nell’ebook si fa cenno anche alla norma EN ISO 12100 “Sicurezza del macchinario - Principi generali di progettazione - Valutazione del rischio e riduzione del rischio” per collocare la progettazione dei sistemi di comando nell’ambito più generale della progettazione complessiva delle macchine. Inoltre in appendice si fa riferimento ad alcuni aspetti che riguardano la norma EN 60204-1 “Equipaggiamento elettrico delle macchine” per quegli aspetti dell’impianto elettrico che riguardano le parti di comando. La conformità alla EN ISO 13849-1 è "Presunzione di Conformità" al rispetto del RESS "1.2.1 Sicurezza e affidabilità dei sistemi di comando" della Direttiva macchine 2006/42/CE.
