Las universidades hoy en dia y como influencia de la globalizacion, han tenido que revalorar su operatividad para llevar a las instituciones hacia los cambios deseados, necesarios o exigidos. La gestion, se ha convertido en el vehiculo para el desarrollo organizacional; no obstante, las caracteristicas inherentes y la tradicional forma de operar de las Instituciones de Educacion Superior (IES) en America Latina, dificultan en ocasiones el cumplimiento de los propositos institucionales. Y si bien, la dinamica de la gestion es apoyada por las politicas macro y maso educativas; consideramos que son el gobierno y la gobernabilidad universitaria, los que coadyuvan en conformar un clima organizacional favorecedor o no, para que el recurso humano perciba los propositos como propios. Se observa que las variables para el estudio de la gestion universitaria, son considerables, inestables, interrelacionadas y no siempre evidentes; por lo que, el proposito de este libro, es brindar un marco de referencia para sustentar analisis mas profundos al respecto de la gestion como un proceso en construccion; favoreciendo no solo que las cosas funcionen, sino mas bien, que las cosas sucedan en las IES."

En la practica deportiva realizo las siguientes actividades: Practico el fut bol en las fuerzas básicas del club deportivo gallos del Jalisco y la universidad de Guadalajara represento la selección de vóley bol de la escuela primaria federal oblatos y la selección de beis bol de la secundaria No. 1, formo parte de la selección de fut bol de la facultad de economía de la universidad de Guadalajara, En el campo laboral trabajo en e taller de calzado de su padre, en el taller de laminado y pintura de su tío y se integra al sistema de educación prescolar abierta del D.I.F Jalisco, posteriormente se integra a trabajar en la secretaria de pesca delegación Jalisco en las áreas de auditoría y capacitación pesquera pasa a integrarse a la dirección de fortalecimiento municipal del estado de Jalisco, posteriormente se integra al departamento de auditoría a patrones del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, Incorporándose por último a la docencia en la universidad de Guadalajara en las escuelas Preparatoria de Jalisco y Escuela Vocacional y al Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guadalajara.
