Venezuela Guerra (Barcelona, Estado Anzoátegui, Venezuela, 1982) Poeta y Licenciatura en Educación Integral (Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez). Desde muy pequeña, residenciada en el casco céntrico de la ciudad de Tucupita, Estado Delta Amacuro, se destacó en el medio artístico gracias a la influencia de su abuela Otilia Merchán de Guerra, de algunos familiares y vecinos, quienes le enseñaban poesías para que las recitara en la única radio de la comunidad de aquel momento, cuando tenía 3 años de edad. Fue locutora infantil desde los 7 años de edad hasta la preadolescencia en un programa radial, llamado: Artes Infantiles, adentrándose también, en las danza folklórica, en el canto y algunas veces en el teatro. Ganadora en varios festivales de música folklórica, obteniendo en el 2006 el 1er lugar de la voz recia regional y el 2do lugar a nivel nacional. Fue Coordinadora de Cultura de las Escuelas Bolivarianas por la Zona Educativa del Delta Amacuro por 3 años consecutivos, con tan sólo 21 años de edad. Fue fundadora del Grupo de tambor Oriental Changó de Tucupita, miembro del trío musical Arpegio Deltano en calidad de mezzo soprano y de algunas otras bandas musicales regionales del género salsa, merengue, guaracha y cumbia, incluyendo mariachis. Además fue Integrante de la Sociedad de Poetas Andrés Eloy Blanco, Seccional Delta Amacuro.

El autor de este ensayo ha experimentado con el Teatro Nō. El libro supone un acercamiento apasionado a un género exótico y también como manual de aproximación a uno de los valores artísticos del acervo cultural de Japón. A ser el Teatro Nō un arte clásico del Japón que basa sus temas en leyendas e historias más antiguas que él, algunas de procedencia china, puede parecernos un arte exótico o poco familiar si lo comparamos con nuestra tradicional forma de escenificar. Introducido a modo de breves narraciones puede sernos más fácil adentrarnos en su mundo profundo, acervo básico de la Cultura japonesa, y una magnífica referencia para entender parte de algunos argumentos en que se apoyan las actuales artes visuales y escénicas que nos llegan desde el cada vez más cercano país. // El Nō viene a significar “fuerza”, “potencia”, incluso “duende”, confluyendo en él un texto muy poético, en prosa y en verso, narrado o cantado de forma rítmica, el particular y a veces superior colorido de los trajes, un escenario especial más que propio, las formas estilizadas y escuetas de los pocos elementos añadidos en la escena, la combinación de drama, lírica, y épica, y una temática que abarca desde relatos mitológicos, hechos históricos y leyendas varias, por lo que se puede decir que los componentes de este teatro presentan muy variados mundos enlazados con coros y con música ritual, con un actor principal componiendo leves movimientos llenos de belleza, otras veces vivos y llenos de movilidad. La magia que emana con la utilización por el primer actor de las caracterizadas caretas, según el rol a representar, acrecienta la atmósfera del Nō dejando al espectador a solas consigo mismo, con aquella parte que permanece oculta en él y que fluye a través del diálogo escénico donde quien pregunta, en definitiva, es la representación toda.
