Toute entreprise existante d'une certaine taille dispose en general d'un reseau informatique; meme celles qui n'en sont qu'a une idee de projet viable y pense tres souvent a une eventuelle mise en uvre d'un reseau informatique au sein de leur future structure. Vu l'importance des informations qui sont souvent vehiculees dans les reseaux, ceux-ci requierent un certain degre de securite. Toutefois le constat est que ceux qui en font usage de ces reseaux ignorent parfois les risques auxquelles ils sont exposes lorsqu'une mesure de securite n'est pas mise en place. Les reseaux les plus securises disposent tres souvent d'un outillage tant materiel que logiciel a fin de s'assurer une securite optimale. Pour certaines entreprises, vu les moyens dont ils disposent, ils ne peuvent se premunir d'un tel arsenal. Dans notre demarche, il sera donc question de presenter dans un premier temps une etude theorique de la conception d'une architecture reseau securisee, enfin nous presenterons un cas pratique de l'implementation d'une architecture reseau securisee. Ce projet a pour objectif la conception et le déploiement d’une nouvelle architecture réseau dans les établissements et facultés de ladite université. Cette architecture réseau offrira un niveau de disponibilité, de sécurité et de fluidité du trafic adapté aux besoins en termes de données reçues, traitées, envoyées par différents établissements. Notre travail a consisté à étudier l’architecture réseau de l’Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Biologiques et Alimentaires (ESTBA), de la Faculté des Sciences de la Santé (FSS) et celle de l’Ecole des Assistants Médicaux (EAM), à identifier les manquements dans ces trois réseaux et à proposer une architecture réseau répondant aux besoins. Ce mémoire discute également des attaques possibles sur les réseaux locaux ainsi que des mesures de sécurité permettant de contenir ces attaques.

Les récentes avancées dans les divers domaines liés à la micro-électronique, à l'informatique et aux réseaux sans fil ont donné naissance à de nouvelles thématiques de recherche. Les réseaux de capteurs issus de ces nouveaux progrès technologiques constituent un axe de recherche très fertile. En effet, la capacité réduite des noeuds en teme de calcul, de mémoire et d'énergie génère de nombreuses problématiques intéressantes. Le but de cette thèse est la conception d'une architecture hiérarchique de réseaux de capteurs capables de s'adapter à différents contextes en prenant en compte les contraintes énergétiques et en permettant de fournir des informations riches comme le multimédia à l'utilisateur final. Nous proposons une architecture hiérarchique avec les différents noeuds qui la composent et les technologies sans fil qui les relient. L'économie d'énergie étant un fil conducteur de notre travail et le module de transmission la principale source d'énergie, nous proposons deux nouveaux algorithmes de compression de données permettant d'optimiser l'utilisation du canal de communication. nous présentons également une solution pour le stockage de grandes quantités d'informations sur les noeuds en integrant le système de fichiers FAT16 sous TinyOS-2.x
