With all that in mind, this is why I wanted to write this book to help kids use their imaginations again without any gadgets. When Connor began explaining his different stories to me and when it started becoming a large amount of adventures he was telling me, unsolicited by me, that's when I knew they needed to be written down and shared with other children. I suppose in a way it is the old story of the child receiving a brand new toy in a big box and playing with the box instead of the expensive toy.
