Statistical Models And Control Charts For High Quality Processes written by Min Xie and has been published by Springer Science & Business Media this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2012-12-06 with Business & Economics categories.

Control charts are widely used in industry to monitor processes that are far from Zero-Defect (ZD), and their use in a near Zero-Defect manufacturing environment poses many problems. This book presents techniques of using control charts for high-quality processes, and some recent findings and applications of statistical control chart techniques for ZD processes are presented. A powerful technique based on counting of the cumulative conforming (CCC) items between two nonconforming ones is discussed in detail. Extensions of the CCC chart are described, as well as applications of cumulative sum and exponentially weighted moving average techniques to CCC-related data, multivariate methods, economic design of control chart procedures, and modeling and analysis of trended but regularly adjusted processes. Many examples, charts, and procedures, are presented throughout the book, and references are provided for those interested in exploring the details. A number of questions and issues are posed for further investigations. Researchers and students may find many ideas in this book useful in their academic work, as a foundation is laid for the exploration of many further theoretical and practical issues.

This book deals with Applications of Statistical Quality Control Charts in the various field like Public Health and Epidemiology. Many control charts methods have been employed to the different Health situations. Shewhart control charts such as X bar and S chart, u chart were employed to monitor the sugar and pressure level of pregnancy women, spreading level of TB in the particular area. The comparison had made between Sets method and Poisson CUSUM method with the support of cleft lip and palate malformation data. The performance of the three control chart methods for monitoring the incidence rate of a rare event where the increased rate of the event is very small is also discussed. The risk adjusted control chart performance was presented to understand the importance of risk adjustment in the field of health science.

Attribute Control Chart Using The Repetitive Sampling Under Neutrosophic System written by Muhammad Aslam and has been published by Infinite Study this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on with Mathematics categories.

In this manuscript, an attribute control chart using the repetitive sampling under the neutrosophic statistics system is discussed. The necessary measures of the proposed control chart under the neutrosophic statistics system are given. The control chart coefficients of the proposed control chart are determined using an algorithm under neutrosophic statistics system. The efficiency of the proposed control chart in terms of neutrosophic average run length (NARL) is discussed over the existing control chart under neutrosophic statistics system. From the comparison studies, it is found that the proposed control chart under neutrosophic statistics system is more sensitive in detecting a shift in the process as compared to existing control chart under neutrosophic statistics system. An industrial application of the proposed control chart under neutrosophic statistics system is also given.

Design Of Control Chart For Monitoring Process Having Indeterminate Production Data written by Muhammad Aslam and has been published by Infinite Study this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on with Mathematics categories.

The existing charts for monitoring the variance are designed under the assumption that all production data must consist of exact, precise, and determined observations. This paper presents the design of a new neutrosophic exponentially weighted moving average (NEWMA) combining with a neutrosophic logarithmic transformation chart for monitoring the variance having neutrosophic numbers. The computation of the neutrosophic control chart parameters is done through the neutrosophic Monte Carlo simulation (NMCS). The performance of the proposed chart is discussed with the existing charts.

Food companies, regardless of their size and scope, understand that it is impossible to establish a single division devoted to "quality", as quality is the responsibility and purpose of every company employee. Applying this theory demands the cooperation of each employee and an understanding of the methodology necessary to establish, implement, and
