Diese Arbeit fokussiert sich daher auf die Rolle von Conversational AI-Systemen in der Suchmaschinenwerbung. Untersucht wurden dabei folgende Forschungsfragen: Welche Faktoren beeinflussen die Benutzererfahrung von Conversational AI-Systemen im Rahmen der Suchmaschinenwerbung? Wie können Unternehmen Conversational AI-Systeme als Teil ihrer Marketingstrategie für Suchmaschinenwerbung einsetzen, und welche Herausforderungen müssen dabei berücksichtigt werden? Eine quantitative Studie, in Form einer Umfrage, mit geschlossenen Fragen analysiert speziell die Themen Interaktionsqualität und Datenschutzbedenken, die Teil der aufgestellten Hypothesen sind. Die Ergebnisse legen nahe, dass funktionale Merkmale, wie problemorientierte Ansätze, Verständlichkeit und schnelle Reaktionszeiten, maßgeblich die Benutzererfahrung beeinflussen. Außerdem zeigt sich, dass die Interaktionsqualität mit KI-Systemen einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Benutzererfahrung ausübt. Obschon KI-Chatbots eine ergänzende Rolle in der Suchmaschinenwerbung einnehmen, konfrontieren sie Unternehmen mit Herausforderungen, speziell im Bereich Vertrauensbildung und Datensicherheit. Für künftige Studien wäre ein multidisziplinärer Ansatz ratsam, der sowohl technische Komponenten von Conversational AI-Systemen als auch verhaltensorientierte Faktoren berücksichtigt.
