Con questo libro stai iniziando un percorso che parte da "Non so fare niente" e arriva a "Faccio da sola le mie creme cosmetiche con ingredienti naturali", un po' alla volta diventerai padrona degli ingredienti e delle tecniche per "formulare", cioè per creare una crema cosmetica. Non amo il termine "spignattare" che spesso è usato per la cosmesi fai da te, la cosmetologia è una scienza e rimane tale anche se sperimentata nella tua cucina, "spignattare" non le rende giustizia. Se hai già un po' di esperienza nella cosmetica fai da te sarà più facile e veloce arrivare all'ultima pagina di questo libro, ma in realtà basta che tu abbia un po' di esperienza in cucina perché possa arrivare in fondo al percorso senza grandi sforzi. E se non hai mai preparato una crema o cucinato in vita tua??? Beh ... proviamoci lo stesso! Spiegherò piano piano e in modo molto semplice, vedrai che anche tu arrivi alla fine del percorso come tutte le altre, in fondo lo diceva anche Albert Einstein: "Non hai veramente capito qualcosa fino a quando non sei in grado di spiegarlo a tua nonna", quindi se non riesco a farti capire qualcosa, in realtà sono io che non l'ho capito!A quale scopo fare tutto questo? E' molto più facile andare in negozio e compare una crema già pronta, ma ci sono tantissimi motivi per cui è meglio farti da sola la tua crema:1. Sicurezza per la tua pelle. Ci sono in giro troppi prodotti cosmetici pieni di sostanze sintetiche e spesso dannose. Anche i prodotti certificati naturali possono contenere fino al 30% di ingredienti sintetici.2. Risparmio. Non c'è crema che tu non possa creare spendendo fino al 90% in meno di quanto la pagheresti in negozio.3. Soddisfazione personale. Già con la ricetta della crema ricca, che faremo subito nel CAPITOLO 2, sarà una gran soddisfazione quando avrai ottenuto il tuo vasetto di crema, immagina quando arriverai alla fine e potrai creare la tua crema personalizzata secondo i tuoi gusti. 4. Regali Unici. Con pochi euro potrai fare dei regali unici e originali, per esempio potrai regalare a una persona cara la crema che abbia il suo olio o il suo profumo preferito!
