Então, foi partindo daí que ela um dia mandou um recado para meu Email particular Gmail e eu comecei a conversar com ela , e assim fomos rendendo conversa até que eu decidi ir a fundo e saber se era verdade ou golpe da tal Zeinab, e aí paguei a primeira taxa da herança, ela redigiu um Certificado de Origem suposto e colocou o nome de Juarez Alves Moreira meu esposo, antes ela havia me pedido uma conta corrente que seria possível transferir a suposta herança e logo dei os dados bancários para elado meu esposo e tudo completo dados bancários e pessoal e residencial, foi aí que ela decidiu colocar ele como atual nomeado dela para receber a herança e depois pagar as taxas se fosse necessárias... Eu disse a ela que não era uma boa ideia fazer isso porque poderia ser perigoso e ela teria que garantir que essa herança era mesmo verdadeira e sem nenhum problema. Foi partindo daí que começou tudo, meu marido aceitou pagar as taxas e ceder a conta e o nome dele para ela resgatar a herança dela e depois ela vir ao Brasil com os três filhos que ela diz ter e que são filhos de: Abdul Rahman. Eu continuei querendo ir ao fundo e pagar para ver se era verdade isso dessa herança e ajudar ela vir logo para o Brasil e sair do Campo de Refugiados no Egito como diz a suposta Viúva Milionária esposa de Abdul Rahman... Pagamos a primeira taxa no valor de $ 650 dólares para pagar o certificado de Origem redigido no nome de meu marido Juarez Alves Moreira, e lá veio mais uma taxa e bem mais alta no valor de $ 3,500,00 três Mil e Quinhentos Dólares dizendo ela que era para reativação da conta de Abdul e logo o dinheiro já estaria 100% garantido na conta que ela pediu para transferir o dinheiro, e dataram de receber a herança de 09/01/2015 no documento que supostamente veio do Banco de Togo e logo estávamos todos aguardando dar certo e antes os 3,500 dólares chegou faltando no Suposto Secretário do Ministro KAMARA e meu marido Juarez foi no Waster union e depositou mais 500 dólares para outro suposto e amigo de Zeinab Fiscal do Campo de Refugiados do Egito, e logo ela veio dizendo para meu marido retirar os $ dólares de volta pois Waled havia sofrido um acidente e depois ela explicou que era de carro e estava impedido de andar e ainda estava internado num hospital do Egito, e logo eu achei estranho e falei com meu marido ver com a moça do Waster Union daqui de Brasília se era possível ele retirar os $ 500 dólares e depois enviar para KAMARA secretário suposto do Ministro das Finanças do Togo completar o dinheiro da taxa de reativação da conta, pois depositamos 3,500,00 dólares para Zeinab e quando ela depositou para o secretário do Ministro havia faltado $400 dólares para completar o dinheiro da taxa, então meu marido pediu que pegasse o nome de outro que poderia receber o dinheiro para pagar as taxas, foi daí que pedir para KAMARA e por intermédio de Zeinab para eu pagar o dinheiro a ele , pois ele já havia como diz ele antes que já havia pegado dinheiro com um amigo e pagado a taxa e que Segunda-feira queria os $400 dólares de volta e que teria que pagar o amigo dele, daí pegamos os dados pessoais dele e bancários cedidos por ele KAMARA e Zeinab, logo meu marido nem retirou o dinheiro que havia depositado no Waster Union para Waled deixou para ele comprar os remédios pois como dizia Zeinab ele estava no hospital e sairia logo em três semanas e então ela concordou de deixar o dinheiro para Waled comprar os remédios como ela mesmo disse sobre o suposto acidente! Como eu havia dito, meu marido depositou o dinheiro para KAMARA, e logo nós enviou um documento do Banco do TOGO dizendo que a reativação foi pago a taxa e que havia um prazo de 09/01/2015 á 14/01/2015 para o dinheiro entrar na conta e estaria pronto para Zeinab retirar para ela pagar os vistos e passagens dela e dos filhos e vir ao Brasil viver aqui e investir o dinheiro em obras da Construção Civil, como meu marido sabe construir prédios eu disse a ela que seria bom se fosse tudo verdade essa herança pois o patrimônio dela seria bem investido e daria para ela viver bem no Brasil... Então aguardamos e logo chega um Email estranho mandado do banco do TOGO dizendo que para o dinheiro ser liberado teria que no Ecowas e CEDEAO fazer um documento de Certidão de Negativa de: (ANTI–TERRORIST/DRUG LAW CERTIFICATES), para provar que o dinheiro que esta vindo para o Brasil seja genuíno e legal, então que precisava de pagar para obter essa certidão mais $6,500,00 dólares Seis Mil e Quinhentos dólares e foi daí que eu já disse que não teria mais como eu mandar mais dinheiro , pois é muito alto esse valor, então agora essa operação de saber se é verdade ou não parou hoje por eu não ter o dinheiro para pagar para ver se é verdade ! E o pior não é isso, dizendo o Secretário KAMARA que no documento está escrito que se não pagar as taxas e enviar o certidão negativa para o Banco das Finanças do Togo o dinheiro herança de Abdul e Zeinab que está em nome de meu esposo Juarez Alves Moreira, vai para as mãos do Governo da data estipulada por eles em 14 dias, e o tempo corre e Zeinab a suposta viúva ficou desesperada e até falou em suicídio se a herança dela for para as mãos do Governo e ela como disse que não tem ninguém mais para ajudar pagar as taxas a não ser a mim e meu marido e ou KAMARA, e KAMARA disse que sozinho praticamente impossível e eu disse a ele que peguei dinheiro que era para resover outras coisas cerca de mais de $ 15.000.00 mil reais e compramos dólares no cambio e enviamos a eles para pagar as taxas e praticamente impossível agora nós pagarmos mais taxas, e ainda mais quem garante que depois que pagar a taxa colocada não vem mais outra taxa em cima de taxa essa herança nunca vem.... por isso deixo essa alerta para você se essa mulher com o nome de Zeinab Abdul Rahman ainda pedir ajuda pode se tratar de Golpe , pois ela já disse que colocou tudo no nome de Sr Juarez Alves Moreira nome que ela usou para por nos documentos supostamente forjados ou não ninguém sabe-se seja verdadeiro pois não entendo de documentos assim se sejam verdadeiros, então estou de mãos atadas e com a operação parada sem saber a suposta verdade ou a suposta mentira! Agora eu pergunto: Será verdade ou será mentira que essa herança exista? Sinceramente eu já não mais estou acreditando nisso e nem meu esposo!

On the Internet, every website we visit, every store we browse in, every magazine we skim--and the amount of time we skim it--create electronic footprints that can be traced back to us, revealing detailed patterns about our tastes, preferences, and intimate thoughts. In this pathbreaking book, Jeffrey Rosen explores the legal, technological, and cultural changes that have undermined our ability to control how much personal information about ourselves is communicated to others, and he proposes ways of reconstructing some of the zones of privacy that law and technology have been allowed to invade. In the eighteenth century, when the Bill of Rights was drafted, the spectacle of state agents breaking into a citizen's home and rummaging through his or her private diaries was considered the paradigm case of an unconstitutional search and seizure. But during the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, prosecutors were able to subpoena Monica Lewinsky's bookstore receipts and to retrieve unsent love letters from her home computer. And the sense of violation that Monica Lewinsky experienced is not unique. In a world in which everything that Americans read, write, and buy can be recorded and monitored in cyberspace, there is a growing danger that intimate personal information originally disclosed only to our friends and colleagues may be exposed to--and misinterpreted by--a less understanding audience of strangers. Privacy is important, Rosen argues, because it protects us from being judged out of context in a world of short attention spans, a world in which isolated bits of intimate information can be confused with genuine knowledge. Rosen also examines the expansion of sexual-harassment law that has given employers an incentive to monitor our e-mail, Internet browsing habits, and office romances. This book provides a fascinating analysis of a single jurisdiction, Brazil, and accounts for both the successes and the failures of its most recent constitutional project, inaugurated by the Constitution of 1988. It sets out the following aspects of the constitutional development and erosion: - the different phases of the promised transition from military rule to a 'social-democratic constitutionalism'; - the obstacles to democratisation derived from the absence of true institutional reforms in the judicial branch and in the civil-military relationship; - the legal and social practices which maintained a structure that obstructed the emergence of an effective social-democracy, such as the neoliberal pattern, the acceptance in the political field of unlawful organisations, such as the milícias, and the way the digital revolution has been harming the formation of democratic sovereignty. Situating Brazil in the global context of the revival of authoritarianism, it details the factors which are common to the third wave of democratisation reflux. Accounting for those aspects, particular to the Brazilian jurisdiction, it shows that there is a tension in the Brazilian constitution. On the one hand, such constitutionalism was renewed by democratic pressure on governments to undertake social politics since 1988. On the other hand, it retained authoritarian practices through the hands of diverse institutions and political actors.
