Nesta pesquisa abordamos sobre o ProInfo e a formação continuada de professores para o uso das TICs. A motivação do tema foi as inquietações no que se refere - principalmente - a um dos objetivos do programa que é a formação de professores, ou seja, se esta etapa estaria sendo executada de maneira satisfatória no município pesquisado. Sendo assim, objetivamos identificar se o ProInfo está contribuindo para a formação continuada de professores e se eles usam, ou não, as TICs no seu dia a dia e na sua prática docente, a partir de uma reflexão sobre a ação; além disso, demonstrar se as instalações dos laboratórios ou salas de informática das escolas públicas municipais, está influenciando positivamente e também relatar se os professores sentiram-se mais seguros (ou não) para usarem ferramentas tecnológicas em suas aulas, após essas formações. Através das pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e de levantamento de dados, também trazemos os resultados obtidos por meio da aplicação dos questionários a uma determinada amostra, apresentando os gráficos e as respostas subjetivas dos professores/cursistas.
