It includes the schedule, maps of the convention center, an alphabetical list of delegates and conference delegations, seating and meeting room assignments, diagrams of the legislative process and parliamentary procedures, and the Proposed Plan of Organization and Rules of Order.The Handbook also includes membership lists of the Council of Bishops, Judicial Council, Connectional Table, and the Commission on the General Conference.The Commission on the General Conference authorizes all issues of the DCA. They are printed and distributed by The United Methodist Publishing House.
