Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,0, Universität Duisburg-Essen (Soziale Arbeit), Veranstaltung: Konzepte sozialraumorientierter Arbeit, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Zuge dieser Hausarbeit soll der Wandel und die Bedeutsamkeit der Lebensphase Alter herausgestellt und das Fachkonzept der Sozialraumorientierung als eine bereichernde Perspektive für die Soziale Arbeit mit älteren Menschen vorgestellt werden. Einleitend wird diesbezüglich zunächst allgemein das Konzept der Sozialraumorientierung vorgestellt. Dabei liegt ein besonderes Augenmerk auf der Definition des Sozialraums sowie der Erklärung des Fachkonzepts an sich. Um ein möglichst allumfassendes Verständnis des Konzeptes zu ermöglichen, werden die fünf Grundprinzipien der Sozialraumorientierung gesondert ausdifferenziert und deklariert. Im Folgenden geht es dann zunächst allgemein um die Lebensphase Alter und deren Einordnung im Kontext des demografischen Wandels. Darüber hinaus werden komprimiert verschiedene Altersbilder dargestellt, um die Heterogenität und Diversität des Alters zu verdeutlichen. Angeknüpft wird mit der Verbindung der Sozialraumorientierung mit der Lebensphase Alter. Hierzu werden vorab bereits einige Vorzüge und Perspektiven einer Verankerung der Sozialraumorientierung in der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen herausgestellt. Um dies sowohl zu belegen als auch weiter zu vertiefen, geht die Hausarbeit im Folgenden auf den Sozialraum älterer Menschen intensiver ein, worin sich auch die zuvor beschriebene Heterogenität des Alters verdeutlicht. Im Weiteren befasst sich die Arbeit dann konkreter mit der konzeptionellen Umsetzung und Ausgestaltung des Konzeptes der Sozialraumorientierung in Bezug auf die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse der älteren Bevölkerung. So ist es möglich, ein abschließendes aussagekräftiges Fazit über die Relevanz und Perspektiven des Konzeptes der Sozialraumorientierung für die Lebensphase Alter zu ziehen. Diesbezüglich werden in diesem Fazit die zuvor herausgearbeiteten Inhalte und Argumente noch einmal resümiert und miteinander in Verbindung gesetzt. Daraufhin folgt eine abschließende Einschätzung sowie ein Resümee bezüglich der zuvor erörteten Bedeutsamkeit der Zusammenführung der Sozialraumorientierung mit der Sozialen Arbeit mit älteren Menschen.

Dies klingt im ersten Moment paradox: Jeder Mensch erlebt und konstruiert durch seine Handlungen und Sinnzuschreibungen seinen eigenen, höchst individuellen Sozialraum, weshalb es ebenso viele Sozialräume wie Individuen gibt. Wie kann Sozialraum dann nicht niederschwellig sein? Reutlinger führt weiter aus, dass durch Praktiken der sozialräumlichen Reproduktion Schwellen aufbauende beziehungsweise verstärkende Bedingungen sowie Macht-/Herrschaftsverhältnisse nachgebildet werden. Deswegen plädiert er für ein Niederschwelligkeitsverständnis als sozialräumlicher Prozess. Den Gedanken fortführend verlangt dieses angeführte Prozessverständnis nach andauernden Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu Fachkräften . Hie-raus resultiert das Thema dieser Arbeit: das Fachkonzept Sozialraumorientierung in der Praxis niederschwelliger Sozialer Arbeit, wobei sich der Fragestellung gewidmet wird, inwiefern sich das Fachkonzept Sozialraumorientierung in der Praxis niederschwelliger Sozialer Arbeit als umsetzbar erweist.

This volume brings together an interdisciplinary group of scholars around an important question: how has migration changed in Europe as the European Union has enlarged, and what are the consequences for countries (and for migrants themselves) inside and outside of these redrawn jurisdictional and territorial borders? By addressing this question the book contributes to three current debates with respect to EU migration management: 1) that recent developments in EU migration management represent a profound spatial and organizational reconfiguration of the regional governance of migration, 2) the trend towards the externalization or subcontracting of migration control and, 3) how the implications of Europe’s changing immigration policy are increasingly felt across the European neighborhood and beyond. This book examines what people mean when they say they are “spiritual”. It looks at the semantics of “spirituality”, the visibility of reasons for “spiritual” preference in biographies, in psychological dispositions, in cultural differences between Germany and the US, and in gender differences. It also examines the kind of biographical consequences that are associated with “spirituality”. The book reports the results of an online-questionnaire filled out by 773 respondents in Germany and 1113 in the US, personal interviews with a selected group of more than 100 persons, and an experiment. Based on the data collected, it reports results that are relevant for a number of scientific and practical disciplines. It makes a contribution to the semantics of everyday religious language and to the cross-cultural study of religion and to many related fields as well, because “spirituality” is evaluated in relation to personality, mysticism, well-being, religious styles, generativity, attachment, biography and atheism. The book draws attention to the – new and ever changing – ways in which people give names to their ultimate concern and symbolize their experiences of transcendence.
