Ausgangspunkt dieser Studie ist eine Onlinebefragung, die vom Oktober 2010 bis Dezember 2010 stattfand und sich an Privatpersonen sowie Immobilienmakler richtete. Die Untersuchung greift alle Themen auf, die das Image der Branche und deren Entwicklung beeinflussen. In diesem Zusammenhang werden die pers”nlichen Sichtweisen der beiden Teilnehmergruppen zun„chst getrennt voneinander und dann abschlieáend in einem Vergleich untersucht. Ferner befasst sich dieses Buch mit den theoretischen Grundlagen der Themen, die das Berufsbild und folglich das Ansehen des Immobilienmaklers beeinflussen. Sie bilden das Fundament der Auswertung der Befragung. Das Ziel ist es folglich, neben der Erl„uterung der theoretischen Grundlagen, zwei Online-Befragungen zu erstellen, um die aktuelle Entwicklung des Berufsstandes der Immobilienmakler analysieren zu k”nnen. Die Studie verfolgt dabei diverse Ziele: Die Kriterien, nach denen der Kunde den passenden Makler ausw„hlt, zu benennen und sie auf ihre Relevanz hin zu prfen, einen šberblick ber die g„ngigsten Vorurteile im Hinblick darauf zu erstellen, ob sie zutreffend sind oder nicht, die Transparenz der Maklerdienstleistungen zu untersuchen sowie Mittel und Wege fr eine verbesserte Transparenz zu finden, einen Vergleich der Maklerdienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem daraus resultierenden Honorar durchzufhren und schlieálich Probleme der ™ffentlichkeit bezglich der Maklerbranche zu hinterfragen und somit fr mehr Aufkl„rung auf beiden Seiten zu sorgen. Das Buch gliedert sich in zwei wesentliche Teilbereiche: Um das Thema "Image der Immobilienmakler" mit all seinen Dimensionen besser zu verstehen, werden am Anfang die theoretischen Grundlagen zu den Faktoren, die Einfluss auf das Image der Immobilienmakler nehmen, erl„utert. Der zweite Teilbereich enth„lt eine umfangreiche Erl„uterung zur Durchfhrung einer solchen Befragung sowie die Auswertung der Online-Befragung "Image der Immobilienmakler aus externer und interner Branchensicht".
