El informe anual Datos y Cifras del Sistema Universitario Español contiene información relevante referida a la educación universitaria en España. Este informe aporta datos de la actividad docente e investigadora de las universidades. Una parte importante de la información está disponible en el Sistema Integrado de Información Universitaria (SIIU), plataforma de información universitaria desarrollada desde la Secretaría General de Universidades en coordinación con las comunidades autónomas y las universidades. En el informe que aquí se presenta se encuentra disponible información relativa a los estudiantes universitarios, como por ejemplo, su número, sexo, edad o nacionalidad. Cada año el informe se enriquece con un nuevo conjunto de indicadores de gran interés, como son la tasa de rendimiento, la tasa de abandono, la nota del expediente académico, la tasa de renovación o la transición de Grado a Máster. Toda esta información se presenta para los estudiantes de Grado y de Máster, con mención específica a los estudiantes becarios. También se aporta información censal de la inserción laboral de los estudiantes egresados de Grado. Al mismo tiempo, se incluye información relacionada con el ámbito económico de las universidades. Así, se pueden consultar los precios públicos universitarios que las comunidades autónomas establecieron en el último curso académico y las liquidaciones presupuestarias de las universidades públicas, además de los indicadores más relevantes relacionados con esta información. Asimismo, se puede conocer información sobre las plantillas docentes y de personal de administración de las universidades, con referencia al número, sexo, edad, nacionalidad, sexenios o movilidad. En el ámbito relativo a la investigación se dispone de información del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación que facilita el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad.

This volume offers an overview of the context of internationalisation in which plurilingualism becomes a strategic axis for universities and in which university language centres serve as the key instrument to implement this process. This book aims at answering pressing issues such as the neo-liberalization of the university, strategical solutions to the contemporary crisis, its multiple definitions and different pedagogical manifestations across disciplines and levels of education. Inspired by bell hooks' "transgressive school" and Haraway's "responsibility", it is an attempt at creating new forms of organizational practices that consequently promote a politics of care for each other. It addresses the challenges and possibilities of teaching students about women and gender by discussing the pedagogical, theoretical and political dimensions of learning and teaching with a three-dimensional perspective. First, it revisits how we can reconfigure a feminist politics of responsibility "able to respond" or engage with contemporary crises. Secondly, it conceptualizes crisis and explains how it is transforming contemporary societies and affecting individual vulnerabilities and institutional structures. And, thirdly, it offers practical cases from different European locations (Spain, Portugal, Austria, United Kingdom and Poland, as well as the complete journey of the Feminist Caravan) in which crisis and responsibility have served to reformulate contemporary feminist pedagogies, altering curriculums, reframing institutions, and affecting the process of teaching and learning
