Estos casos, devenidos relatos, recorren todo el espectro del comportamiento humano, desde las situaciones más dramáticas hasta las más reideras, pasando por la introspección interior que producen la contemplación del caprichoso mar y la objetiva pero no insensible visión de la variopinta fauna que asiste a la playa. Chirigliano consigue introducirnos en el mismo corazón de estos profesionales (...) personas de gran humanidad, con un nutrido bagaje de experiencias y conocimiento detrás. No pocos de ellos, como se enterarán recorriendo con atención sus páginas, tienen profesiones paralelas: Médicos, Nurses, Psicólogos, etc. Solo por eso ya valdría la pena recorrer e internarse en estos relatos arrancados de la realidad, pero a eso se le suma el valor agregado del libro, de hacernos notar la imprudencia temeraria que los playeros comunes y corrientes ostentamos cuando bajamos a la arena o nos internamos en las aguas (…).
