El libro Seguridad ciudadana, desviación social y sistema judicial —como puede deducirse por el título que presenta— se trata de una obra poliédrica. Un texto construido sobre un amplio espectro de investigaciones, análisis, estudios teóricos y reflexiones interdisciplinares sobre la seguridad ciudadana, la desviación social y el sistema judicial que se redacta en lenguaje asequible al gran público con el objetivo de poder transferir los resultados de estas investigaciones y análisis a la sociedad en general.El libro desarrolla temáticas diversas que pueden ser agrupadas en tres grandes bloques. El primer bloque se ha centrado fundamentalmente en una actividad en la que se ven involucradas un gran número de personas, personas, a las que se les conculcan sus derechos humanos básicos. Se está haciendo referencia a la trata de seres humanos. Esta temática ha sido analizada de manera integral. No se ha presentado la trata como un mero delito, sino que, bajo ese paraguas conceptual, se han estudiado temas directamente relacionados con ella como puede ser la salud biopsicosocial de las mujeres que son víctimas de trata y temas relacionados (salvando la distancia conceptual) como la prostitución, la regulación española sobre prostitución o la influencia que ha tenido el Covid-19 en la visibilidad de esta actividad. Por último, en este primer bloque también se ha presentado el punto de vista de los empresarios de alterne.El segundo bloque del libro se ha dedicado a cuestiones relacionadas con delitos de odio vinculados a la extrema derecha. Así, por ejemplo, se ha presentado un estudio sobre el caso español, sus conexiones internaciones y la posible relación con un tipo de terrorismo en el siglo XXI que convive con el terrorismo yihadista. Consideran los autores que puede existir una retroalimentación entre los delitos de odio vinculados a la extrema derecha y el terrorismo yihadista. Sobre éste, también se desarrolla un capítulo que describe el fenómeno de la radicalización y el yihadismo en Occidente. En la parte final del segundo bloque del libro, el lector habrá conocido situaciones que afectan a la seguridad de las personas ubicadas a caballo entre el delito y la desviación social. El tercer bloque del libro aborda un tratamiento más clásico de lo que suponen actividades delictivas. Este bloque acoge un estudio sobre agresiones sexuales. Un análisis de la socialización terciaria del ser humano, su reinserción y su trato en prisiones. Este tercer bloque desarrolla formas de control social. Reflexiones sobre los cuerpos y fuerzas de seguridad, sus nuevas funciones o la necesaria planificación de la seguridad también en el nivel local. Este tercer bloque tampoco ha dejado fuera la búsqueda de la metodología más adecuada para la investigación temática. Éste ha sido el motivo por el que se ha incluido en el texto algún capítulo sobre análisis espacial de datos de criminalidad procedentes de estadísticas policiales, su explotación multivariable y de estudio de carga de trabajo de los juzgados de instrucción. Todo el material que se expone está conectado bajo el paraguas del sistema judicial y penal. Algunas de sus reflexiones inciden en el efecto que produce el paso por prisión, las lagunas jurídicas para el control de armas o bien, la exposición del delito de contrabando. Con esta obra se espera llegar a un público amplio. Un público no necesariamente experto en estas temáticas. Un público que pueda estar interesado en tomar el pulso a la evolución de las distintas facetas que tiene el fenómeno de la seguridad y que sea capaz de entenderla desde el punto de vista del delito, del delincuente, de la víctima, la desviación social, el control social o la prevención.

El presente informe tiene por objetivo conocer las opiniones y actitudes de la sociedad espa&ñola y de la sociedad vasca en relaci&ón con las situaciones de victimizaci&ón causadas por el terrorismo. Mediante el dise&ño de una muestra representativa del conjunto nacional y otra submuestra representativa del Pa&ís Vasco se realiza un an&álisis comparativo de la opini&ón p&ública en relaci&ón con el contexto sociopol&ítico de la victimizaci&ón, el terrorismo (de ETA, internacional e islamista), las situaciones directas de victimizaci&ón, y el apoyo y reconocimiento de la sociedad a las v&íctimas. Una de las principales conclusiones de la investigaci&ón consiste en aceptar la hip&ótesis de que existe un comportamiento diferencial inducido por la presencia directa del terrorismo en la vida pol&ítica vasca y por la incidencia ideol&ógica del nacionalismo institucional en la cultura pol&ítica de los vascos. Este informe, adem&ás de presentar los resultados generales de la encuesta "Percepci&ón ciudadana sobre las v&íctimas del terrorismo en Espa&ña", aporta algunas recomendaciones necesarias para avanzar en la construcci&ón de una cultura de la reconciliaci&ón, considerada necesaria tanto en el seno de la sociedad vasca, como tambi&én entre &ésta y la sociedad espa&ñola.

More than 1,5 million social murders, using minimum 114 genocidal methods and tools, killing even unborn babies, preventing medical treatment… Nazism copycatting… Planned for 8000 years… A neo-modern type of genocide! On July 20, 2016, the regime in Turkey was changed. This change has destroyed almost 300 hundred years of democratic heritage. Rule of law and the other founding principles of Republic which were set by Ataturk have been replaced by a permanent decree regime. Around 1,500,000 citizens from every faction of society have been made SOCIALLY DEAD. Around 100 citizens were unable to tolerate this way of living, suffering a PERMANENT SOCIAL DEATH and unfortunately chose to end their unsustainable lives. Numerous citizens have been killed in prisons, detention and torture centers as a result of the torture they were subjected to. Furthermore, the treatments of numerous citizens are being hindered. Pregnant ladies are being detained and their unborn babies are killed. The massive purge and physical killings made by the decisions of Decrees or individual ministers are shown to the public as if they were only dismissals, but the practical consequences of them are individual SOCIAL KILLINGS. The total number of SOCIAL DEATHS is around 1,500,000. Around 1,500,000 innocent citizens and their descendants have been socially killed. The practice of systematic and mass social killing is a post-modern SOCIAL GENOCIDE. After four years of research, I have identified 114 types of social killing methods and tools. I also sent numerous official claims to the various Turkish public and official institutions and told them to end committing the crime of genocide. In the meantime, the criminals who put the genocide into action also segregated the victims from the rest of society. This was done to prevent the unification of the citizens who were the individual victims of the massive genocide, and also the indirect victims of the genocide, which I estimate to be around 4,000,000. This was also done to prevent the united struggle against such atrocities. This separation allowed genocide criminals to commit the crime more easily. To those who wish, you can act jointly in the fight against these violent crimes against humanity and even against unborn babies. I appeal to you to stand by and defend the rights, dignity, and lives of innocent people against those who commit crimes against humanity.
