La responsabilidad del transportista aéreo y la protección de los pasajeros ve la luz doce años después de la entrada en vigor del Convenio de Montreal. Esta obra colectiva persigue la puesta al día y análisis de todas las modificaciones normativas, resoluciones jurisprudenciales y aportaciones doctrinales que han aparecido hasta la fecha, así como la incorporación de otros aspectos que no son habituales en los trabajos monográficos dedicados a este convenio.
