Presenta informe sobre la gestion que ha tenido la Procuraduria para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos en Nicaragua. De igual manera denuncia las dificultades y obstaculos que ha enfrentado durante el ano, ocasionados especialmente por la reduccion del presupuesto asignado a la institucion. Ademas el informe resume el analisis del contexto socio economico y politico en que ha vivido Nicaragua durante el periodo.
