En esta serie, se puede conseguir los libros siguientes: gramtica kreyl-espaol; gramtica kreyl ingls; libro de conversacin prctica kreyl-ingls; diccionario multilinge kreyl-espaol en cuatro idiomas; y diccionario multilinge kreyl-ingls en cuatro idiomas. Este diccionario kreyl-espaol tiene una introduccin, un anlisis contrastivo en los cuatro idiomas de unas treinta consideraciones gramaticales, de los signos de puntuaciones, de algunas trucas gramaticales para facilitar la transicin del kreyl al espaol y viceversa, de setenta y ocho expresiones latinas al kreyl, espaol, ingls y francs e informacin general relacionada con el kreyl y el espaol. Est dividido en dos partes principales: kreyl-espaol (el kreyl est en orden alfabtico) y espaol-kreyl (el espaol est en orden alfabtico), pero cada parte es complementada por el ingls y el francs. El diccionario tiene 468 pginas. En este diccionario, utilizamos los trminos generales, las palabras y expresiones francesas creolizadas, palabras nativas y africanas, palabras extranjeras, palabras tecnolgicas, cientficas, neologismos as como vocabularios provenientes de materias tales como: qumica, fsica, biologa, derecho, medicina, entre otros. Todo est basado en la ortografa oficial del kreyl haitiano y adoptamos los procedimientos siguientes, varios de los cuales podran ser revisados y fijados por la Academia del kreyl haitiano: 1) Parntesis ( ) para los sinnimos. Ejemplo: Ayibobo (abobo) 2) [ ] indica que se trata de una palabra facultativa pero que puede completar el sentido de la primera palabra. Ej.: Gade ki moun ki [rive] la a. 3) Mo vilg. The field of lexicography is undergoing a major revolution. The rapid replacement of the traditional paper dictionary by electronic dictionaries opens up exciting possibilities but also constitutes a major challenge to the field. The eLexicography in the 21st Century: New Challenges, New Applications conference organized by the Centre for English Corpus Linguistics of the Université catholique de Louvain in October 2009 aimed to bring together the many researchers around the world who are working in the fast developing field of electronic lexicography and to act as a showcase for the latest lexicographic developments and software solutions in the field. The conference attracted both academics and industrial partners from 30 different countries who presented electronic dictionary projects dealing with no less than 22 languages. Horace G. Danner’s A Thesaurus of English Word Roots is a compendium of the most-used word roots of the English language. As Timothy B. Noone notes in his foreword: “Dr. Danner’s book allows you not only to build up your passive English vocabulary, resulting in word recognition knowledge, but also gives you the rudiments for developing your active English vocabulary, making it possible to infer the meaning of words with which you are not yet acquainted. In the examples column, the words which contain the root are then listed, starting with their prefixes, for example, dysacousia, hyperacousia. These root-starting terms then are followed by terms where the root falls behind the word, e.g., acouesthesia and acoumeter. These words are followed by words where the root falls in the middle or the end, as in such terms as bradyacusia and odynacusis.. In this manner, A Thesaurus of English Word Roots places the word in as many word families as there are elements in the word.
