Inhaltlich ist die vorliegende Studienarbeit in fünf Abschnitte unterteilt. Der erste Abschnitt impliziert neben den beiden Forschungsfragen einen ersten Ausblick auf die Relevanz der Beschaffung für Unternehmen. Im zweiten Abschnitt wird definiert, was unter dem Begriff „Beschaffung“ verstanden wird. Die Beschaffungsstrategien sowie deren Vorteile sind Inhalte des dritten Kapitels. Ein Bezug zur Veränderung in der Beschaffung von deutschen Unternehmen in aktuellen Zeiten ist Thema des vierten Abschnitts. Das Fazit, und damit das letzte Kapitel, fasst die erlangten Inhalte zusammen und gibt einen kurzen Ausblick über die zukünftigen Entwicklungen der Beschaffungsstrategien. Eine alte Kaufmannsweisheit besagt "im Einkauf liegt der Gewinn“ – dies ist unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Situation um die Corona-Pandemie sowie des Ukraine-Kriegs und die damit verbundenen Lieferkettenstörungen aktueller denn je. In vielen deutschen Unternehmen erlangt die Bedeutung der Beschaffung einen immer größeren Wert. Die Entwicklung bzw. die Erneuerungen von Beschaffungsstrategien ist in nahezu jedem Unternehmen verankert.

This third volume in a series on Comparative Succession Law concerns the entitlement of family members to override the provisions of a deceased person's will to obtain money or assets (or more money or assets) from the person's estate. Some countries, notably those in the civil law tradition (such as France or Germany), confer a pre-ordained share of the deceased's estate or of its value on certain members of the deceased's family, and especially on the deceased's children and spouse. Other countries, notably those in the common law tradition (such as England, Canada, or Australia), leave the matter to the discretion of the court, the amount awarded depending primarily on financial need. Whichever form it takes, mandatory family provision is both a protection against disinheritance and also, therefore, a restriction on testamentary freedom. The volume focuses on Europe and on countries influenced by the European experience. In addition to detailed treatment of the law in Austria, England and Wales, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Scotland, and Spain, the book also has chapters on Australia and New Zealand, South Africa, the United States, Canada, the countries of Latin America, and the People's Republic of China. Some other countries are covered more briefly, and there is a separate chapter on Islamic law. As Washington elites drifted toward ideological poles over the past few decades, did ordinary Americans follow their lead? In The Partisan Sort, Matthew Levendusky reveals that we have responded to this trend—but not, for the most part, by becoming more extreme ourselves. While polarization has filtered down to a small minority of voters, it also has had the more significant effect of reconfiguring the way we sort ourselves into political parties. In a marked realignment since the 1970s—when partisan affiliation did not depend on ideology and both major parties had strong liberal and conservative factions—liberals today overwhelmingly identify with Democrats, as conservatives do with Republicans. This “sorting,” Levendusky contends, results directly from the increasingly polarized terms in which political leaders define their parties.
