Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Studie soll aufgezeigt werden, weshalb auf ethische Elemente in der Unternehmensführung sozialwirtschaftlicher Unternehmen vor dem Hintergrund der veränderten Rahmenbedingungen dieses Sektors nicht zu verzichten ist. Ausgangspunkt für die weiterführenden Überlegungen stellt hierfür die zunehmende Ökonomisierung und die Notwendigkeit, betriebswirtschaftliche Komponenten im Management des Dritten Sektors zu implementieren, dar. Dieses Buch versucht den divergierenden Ansprüchen ökonomischer und moralischer Komponenten im Unternehmensalltag gleichermaßen gerecht zu werden. Aufgrund der immer mehr zu verzeichnenden Anpassung an gewinnorientierte Unternehmen liegt die Besonderheit dieser Analyse in der Bedeutung ethischer Aspekte vor dem Hintergrund der gemeinschaftlichen Wohlfahrt. Es wird dargestellt, wie wichtig die Implementierung von Ethik- Kodizes im sozialwirtschaftlichen Bereich ist und wie dies gelingen kann, ohne dabei die spezifischen wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen außer Acht zu lassen. Die Systemtheorie bildet für die Ausarbeitung eine Art Referenzrahmen. Die möglichen Konkretisierungen der Systemtheorie im Managementverhalten werden in dieser Studie in näher betrachteten Managementkonzepten dargestellt. Es erfolgt in diesem Kontext eine Fokussierung auf Managementkonzepte, die im Rahmen einer ganzheitlichen Herangehensweise in der Berücksichtigung von ethischen Grundsätzen einen Erfolgsfaktor für die Unternehmensführung in sozialwirtschaftlichen Unternehmen darstellen.

More and more educational scenarios and learning landscapes are developed using blogs, wikis, podcasts and e-portfolios. Web 2.0 tools give learners more control, by allowing them to easily create, share or reuse their own learning materials, and these tools also enable social learning networks that bridge the border between formal and informal learning.
