Als Beispielregion wurden das Weimarer Land und die Stadt Weimar gewählt. Die Ergebnisse der Studie ermöglichen Rückschlüsse darauf, welche Aspekte der Nachwuchsgewinnung und Nachwuchsbindung zunehmend bedeutender werden.
