Leben ist Bewegung - diese einfache Aussage ist in diesem Buch in Form einer Lebenserfahrung dargestellt, die sich über Körperarbeit der Autorin (Jahrgang 1951) im weitesten Sinne entwickelt hat. "Bewusstes Sein" am Beispiel von Übungen aus der Körperarbeit ist im vorliegenden Buch ein Hauptthema, welches sich durch alle Kapitel zieht. Die nach der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin (TCM) beschriebenen Wandlungsphasen im Zyklus der Jahreszeiten bilden eine anschauliche Grundlage dafür und geben gleichzeitig einen Rahmen für Erkenntnisse in natürliche Zusammenhänge unseres Lebens. Das Buch ist ein praktischer Begleiter für Bewegungstherapeuten im weitesten Sinne, für TaiJi- und QiGong LehrerInnen und für Menschen, die mit dieser Arbeit vertraut gemacht wurden zum Erinnern und Üben. Für Interessierte gibt es verständlich weise Einblicke in die Denkweise alter chinesischer Tradition. Es zeigt, wie in der Arbeit mit dem Körper die Seele mitgenommen werden kann, der Geist wach und voller Potential zur Verfügung steht in selbstverständlicher Verantwortung.
