Die schweizerische Soziale Sicherung ist weit davon entfernt ein widerspruchsfreies rationales System darzustellen. Inbesondere auf der in dieser Arbeit behandelten Leistungsseite bestehen noch bedeutende Ungereimtheiten: Die - gemessen an den Risikofolgen - teilweise enormen Ungleichbehandlungen sind abzubauen. Speziell die Leistungsdifferenzen bei Einkommensausfall sind zu eliminieren. Dem Finalprinzip ist noch grösseres Gewicht einzuräumen. Die Leistungen sollten nicht nach der Ursache einer materiellen Notlage (z.B. Unfall, Krankheit), sondern nach deren Ausmass bemessen werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt, dass in der schweizerischen Sozialen Sicherung noch ein grosser Bedarf nach Koordination besteht.
