Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Sonstiges, Note: 1,7, Katholische Hochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen (Heilpädagogik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: [...] Ich werde in dieser Arbeit sowohl für die Reaktion des Kindes als auch der PädagogInnen eine Erklärung darstellen. Dabei werde ich mich auf die Profession der Heilpädagogin beschränken, außer bei der Darstellung des Fallbeispiels. Diese Arbeit zeigt hinsichtlich des strukturellen Aufbaus eine Herangehensweise, die funktional an Handlungskonzepte der Heilpädagogik angelehnt ist. Dabei bringt einerseits die Heilpädagogin einige Grundhaltungen und Kompetenzen in ihre Tätigkeit mit (Kapitel 2), zum anderen hat das Kind, bevor es der Heilpädagogin anvertraut wird, gewisse Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich gehe in dieser Arbeit davon aus, dass diese Kinder traumatisierende Erfahrungen gemacht haben und werde daher in Kapitel 3 `Trauma und dessen Folgen ́ ausführlich beschreiben, um eine Verstehensbasis für diese Kinder darzulegen. Beide treffen nun im Heimalltag aufeinander und die Interaktion ist geprägt von den Erfahrungen des Kindes. Kapitel 4 beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie diese Situationen zu verstehen sind. In Kapitel 5 wird die Rolle der Heilpädagogin in diesem Prozess eine Rolle spielen und heilpädagogische Konzepte, die dazu beitragen können, dass die Interaktion zwischen Kind und Heilpädagogin zu einer heilsamen Erfahrung werden kann. Vor allem bei den Darstellungen zum Trauma habe ich wissenschaftsübergreifende Erkenntnisse eingebracht, während ich mich in Kapitel 4 hauptsächlich der Psychoanalyse als Erklärungsansatz zugewandt habe. Begründungen und Erläuterungen zur Begriffswahl habe ich immer an entsprechenden Stellen eingefügt. An dieser Stelle möchte ich jedoch darauf hinweisen, das ich psychisches Trauma, Traumatisierung und traumatische Erfahrung synonym verwende. Da ich in dieser Arbeit nur von psychischer Traumatisierung spreche, werde ich zugunsten der besseren Lesbarkeit den Zusatz psychisch nicht immer beifügen. [...]

Mit diesem Thema mochte ich mich in dieser Arbeit auseinandersetzen. Dabei bin ich auf zwei zentrale Begriffe gestossen: Trauma und Re-Inszenierung psychischer Konflikte. Ich werde mich hierbei auf fremduntergebrachte Kinder beziehen; vorwiegend Kinder, die in Heimeinrichtungen leben, wobei die dargestellten Sachverhalte sich auch auf Kinder in Pflegeverhaltnissen beziehen lassen wurden. Ich habe diesen besonderen Schwerpunkt gewahlt, da ich hier als Erzieherin bereits Praxiserfahrung gesammelt habe und diese Kinder mich mit dem von mir in dieser Arbeit beschriebenen Phanomen der Re-Inszenierung haufig konfrontierten. Dies begrundet die Motivation meiner Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema. Zusatzlich konnte ich weitreichende Erfahrungen in einer Eltern-Kind-Diagnostikgruppe sammeln. Hier erlebte ich immer wieder, wie unverarbeitete Erfahrungen der Eltern an ihre Kinder weitergegeben wurden. Diese Arbeit wurde also auch von der Frage geleitet, wie solche Wiederholungen unterbrochen werden konnen. Fur das Thema Trauma habe ich mich entschieden, da die meisten Kinder, denen ich als Heilpadagogin begegnet bin, aber auch viele Mutter und Vater mit denen ich gearbeitet habe, einen Teil ihres Lebens unter traumatisierenden Bedingungen verbracht haben. Viele Menschen haben ein Trauma erlebt, mussen jedoch keine pathologische Storung daraus entwickeln. Nach der Auseinandersetzung mit den Bedingungen, unter denen ein Trauma erlebt werden kann und die daruber entscheiden, wie eine Person darauf reagiert, mochte ich diese Arbeit jedoch jenen widmen, die als Folge des Traumas Prob"
