dig.ital r.evolution – in questo terzo volume – sviluppa alcuni temi della "rivoluzione telematica", con riferimento al tema delle "Piattaforme online" e della tutela dei consumatori.Per le "Piattaforme online" il riferimento più recente è costituito dal Regolamento "Digital Services Act" (DSA), con il quale è stata rinnovata la disciplina sul commercio telematico, imponendo molti adempimenti e controlli ai "gestori" di dette piattaforme.Oltre alle (nuove) regole di comportamento delle imprese, sono stati emanati alcuni decreti legislativi che hanno modificato il Codice del consumo. In particolare, sulle garanzie di "conformità" nella vendita di beni (e servizi), che sono state ridisegnate con riferimento anche alla vendita di beni "digitali". In quest'ambito è stata anche inserita, anche la possibilità di "pagare" i beni/servizi digitali acquistati mediante la "cessione" dei propri dati personali. Non manca, infine, un cenno all'intelligenza artificiale ed alle decisioni c.d. "algoritmiche", delle quali vengono tracciati i confini – attuali – secondo le decisioni della nostra giurisprudenza e del legislatore. A conclusione, una breve disamina della proposta di regolamentazione dell'Unione europea (AI Act).
