O professor Andreas Hofbauer, antropólogo, o professor José Geraldo Bertoncini Poker, sociólogo, o professor Marcelo Fernandes de Oliveira, cientista político, e o professor Sérgio Luiz Cruz Aguilar, cultor do direito internacional. As suas observações, advindas das respectivas diversas formações contribuíram poderosamente para melhorar o conteúdo dos textos apresentados, tornando-os assim aptos para a presente publicação. O primeiro trabalho apresentado neste livro desenvolve a discussão sobre a origem internacional das Declarações de Direitos Humanos e a questão da universalidade.
