Em situações de conflitos armados, as condutas de confrontantes ou intervenientes são limitadas pelo esperado acatamento ao Direito Internacional dos Conflitos Armados (DICA), este voltado a prevenir efeitos destrutivos indiscriminados e males supérfluos dissociados de objetivos essencialmente militares. É exatamente esse o chamamento instigador e motivacional que o autor deste livro busca disseminar, sendo extremamente diligente e objetivo ao percorrer as implicações legais do uso desse veículo como arma de inteligência (stand-off weapons) e bélica.
