Business model is related to industrial growth, management of suppliers and customers, and the establishment of competitive superiority. What a well-run enterprise should focus on are the effectively operation of each instructure, to raise the value chain between it and the customers,and furthermore, to promote the profit. An establishment would know well, even evaluate better in desicion and development of the whole organization managing according to this business model analysis. This investigate focuses on the process of the information technology application and innovation process, aims to find how managers utilize and combine all available resources and activities of business model innovations. The analysis of this study is based on the Four-box Business Model, FBBM methodology proposed by Johnson (2010), as the main analytical methods in the case-A company of chain retail cloud technology management platform with a focus on. By scenario analysis to explore innovative business model innovation for the company and the customer value and economic benefit, and thus the optimal program in line with Company A customer value proposition and profit, and identify innovative business model, operating principles, the case of businesses and their customers can work together to obtain a competitive advantage and survival and development of power. When participate in internal business of Company A, through studying its products, service, innovation, system structures, tecnic skills, and actual operating their products. We can deeply understand the platform's SOP, functionality, and availability. Furthermorek, through qualitative research, we can analyze the elements of business model innovation and the strategy of development. The Cloud computng platform to chain stores from Company A target food and beverage chain stores in the beginning. So we had open interview with two local chain catering enterprises (Jiou-Ding Tofu Pudding Corp. and Ikari Coffee Corp.). We tried to calculate the cost of POS establishing for Jiou-Ding and to import the cost from Company A's platform seperately. In addition, we tried to calculate the cost of Company A's platform skill importing for Ikari Coffee, which had its own SOP already, and analyze these two system for Ikari as well. The conclusion from this investigate is, Company A's Cloud computing managing platform is a whole new business model to overcome managing difficulties that the industry has met before. Although the cost is too expensive to small businesses to establish its own system yet Company A provide another way more economical for them---renting. Enterprise can get advantage from Cloud computing service and informatization by importing this platform, and pay no more than a reasonable renting price. Follow the outcome of our analysis, we shall suggest the food and beverage chain stores which have stores about 10 to 20 choosing Company A's platform with the advantage of lower cost, more convenient fund application, and effecive operation. As for the other food and beverage chain stores with 70 to 100 stores with their own POS, we suggest them to appraise the effect and elasticity of operation , moreover, estimate for transfer cost and the return on investment.
