Kompetensi harus kita miliki. Jadilah kelompok 20% yang menggerakkan dan menguasai 80%. Penguasaan dan kecintaan dalam pekerjaan kita menjadi orang yang bernilai. Jadilah manusia yang penuh kreativitas dan menghasilkan inovasi dalam hal apa pun. Kembangkan kepribadian yang bernilai dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain. Pada akhirnya kita harus bersyukur dengan apa yang kita miliki sebagai kunci kebahagiaan.
