AKAD Fachhochschule Stuttgart, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, ein grundlegendes Verständnis über eigenschaftsorientierte Führungstheorien innerhalb der Personalführung zu vermitteln und die Bedeutung sowie Aktualität des Eigenschaftsansatzes herauszuarbeiten. Hierzu werden die Bereiche der Führungsforschung und der Unternehmenspraxis separat betrachtet und kritisch reflektiert. Zum Aufbau: Nach der Einführung geht das zweite Kapitel näher auf die theoretischen Grundlagen der Führungsforschung, verbunden mit der Definition des Führungsbegriffes, der Unterscheidung zwischen direkter und indirekter Führung und der Rolle der Führungskraft ein und zeigt Möglichkeiten auf, Führungstheorien zu klassifizieren. Das dritte Kapitel besteht aus drei Teilen. Der erste Teil schafft einen genaueren Überblick über die führerorientierte Führung nach dem Eigenschaftsansatz und stellt mit der Great-Man-Theorie und der Charisma-Theorie zwei bekannte Konzepte dieses Ansatzes vor. Der zweite Teil beschäftigt sich mit der kritischen Reflexion eigenschaftsorientierter Theorien, wobei einige zentrale Kritikpunkte wiedergegeben werden. Der dritte Teil dient dazu, die Bedeutung eigenschaftsorientierter Führungsansätze im Praxisumfeld erfolgreicher Unternehmen zu untersuchen. In Kapitel vier folgt abschließend das Fazit, welches eine kurze Zusammenfassung, eine Reflexion über das Vorgehen und weiterführende Gedanken über aktuelle und zukünftige Entwicklungen beinhaltet.
