Wir bemühen uns sehr vielfältig und individuell um die Harmonie zwischen unseren eigenen Bedürfnissen und denen anderer. Es geht um das gemeinsame Aushandeln, wie wir mit unseren oft sehr unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen, Gefühlen, Meinungen, Überzeugungen, Eigenschaften, Denkansätzen, Gewohnheiten usw. umgehen. Dieses umfassende Thema behandle ich sehr subjektiv und biete viele Bespiele und Anregungen zum leichteren Verständnis. Insofern ist das Buch mit seinen schönen Fotos auch für "Wenigleser" sehr geeignet. Das Buch kann wie jedes andere "normal" durchgelesen oder auch als "Botschaft des Tages" genutzt werden, indem wahllos eine beliebige Seite geöffnet wird. Die Texte auf jeder Seite sind in sich verständlich und abgerundet. Die umfangreiche Literaturangabe ermöglicht den Lesenden eine individuelle, sehr persönliche Vertiefung des jeweiligen Themas. Wiederkehrende Krisen in meiner Ehe veranlassten mich, dieses Buch zu schreiben. In den Auseinandersetzungen mit Ricardo hatte ich mich so oft anders verhalten, als ich es gewollt und mir vorgenommen hatte. In meinem Erleben versagte ich immer wieder darin, auch in der Krise ruhig zu bleiben, offen und liebevoll. Weshalb nur??? Heute weiß ich: Es gab einen Auslöser, eine Situation, in der ich mich von mir entfernt und den Weg der Trennung eingeschlagen habe. Etwas hat mir Schmerz bereitet, ich hatte ein Gefühl, das ich als unangenehm empfunden habe, das ich lästig fand und loshaben wollte und machte zum Teil Ricardo dafür verantwortlich. Damit lenkte ich meine Aufmerksamkeit von mir selbst und meinem Gefühl ab. Heute weiß ich, welcher d e r ganz entscheidende Moment ist. Genau in dem Moment, in dem ich ein Gefühl, irgendetwas i n mir nicht wahrhaben, nicht annehmen, nicht fühlen möchte, treffe ich eine Wahl: Wenn ich fühle, was da ist und mit meiner Aufmerksamkeit und Wahrnehmung bei mir bleibe, mein Gefühl annehme, zulasse, es ganz und gar fühle, dann stehe ich zu mir, stehe ich mir bei. Diese Entscheidung nenne ich den Weg nach Innen. Wenn ich mich von meinem Gefühl abwende und mit meiner Wahrnehmung und Aufmerksamkeit nach außen, zum anderen gehe, entscheide ich mich für den Weg der Trennung. In diesem Fall verlasse ich mich, nämlich mein "unangenehmes" Gefühl, unterdrücke es und verleugne mich damit selbst. Das heißt, ich trenne mich von meinem Gefühl, indem ich meine Aufmerksamkeit nach außen, auf etwas außerhalb von mir richte. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob ich mich dann für das Verhalten einer anderen Person oder die Veränderung einer Situation interessiere oder mich mit Fernsehen, Joggen oder was auch immer ablenke. In diesem Buch greife ich unterschiedliche Situationen auf, in denen ich mich immer bewusster für den Weg nach Innen entscheide. Mit gewöhnlichen Beispielen aus dem Alltag und direkten Fragen an dich, reiche ich dir die Hand, um mit dir den Weg des Herzens zu gehen. Ich stelle mir vor, wie du meine Hand ergreifst und deinerseits wieder einem anderen Menschen deine Hand reichst und dieser wieder jemandem und wir bald ALLE einander die Hände reichen und unsere Herzen vollkommen öffnen!
