The human consciousness cannot rise spiritually unless one knows the truth about what is needed to change. This is the approach of Guru Nanak in Japji where truth is described along with the way to make the change in the individual self. In Japji, Guru Nanak has laid foundation of a revolutionary approach to Spirituality some 500 years back. The concepts in Japji elucidate the nature of "true reality" in Creation. The composition itself is a form of steps in the Jap meditation. It is a method that takes us to a level of Truth within the mindscape. There the inner voice of guidance is heard. We become aware of our True Nature and perceive the presence of Creator with Oneness in Nature. To live in the world where untruth prevails the living in awareness is to live from within. The truths in Japji are universal in nature and destined to shift humanity towards a life aligned with the true self. It is time for Humanity to move towards the next level of Conscious Awareness. Truth has nothing to do with Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Christian or Jew. Truth is beyond these narrow boundaries. Your conditioning, your values, and your understanding have no correlation with Truth. A Hindu mind listens to that which resonates and strengthens his mind. So is the case with a Sikh, Christian, Mohammedan and other sects as well. You are listening simply to strengthen your mind. Nanak is unique. And he is unique in many ways. Nanak happened before TulsiDas. Social values were declining. Politically that was the beginning of a new era. The message of the masters was losing its inner fabric. Nanaks role was to resurrect all these. Nanak came like a fresh breeze. Look at the earlier scriptures. Valmiki used one meter throughout the entire narration of Ramayana. So too the same one meter Anustup with each composition of four quadrants and two lines each is the meter used throughout the text - the Bhagvad Gita. All this describes one set pattern. Bhagwad Gita is the path of Yoga although different paths of Yoga are explained. And Ramayana is the story of Rama on the platter of Bhakti. Nanak has used different meter in each Pauri. The Japji Sahib does not follow any strict meter of poetry and even the rhyming seems, at places, uneven and incoherent. Besides, sometimes the basic line of thought appears to be intruded upon by verses in between, particularly if one relies solely upon translations and word meanings. This explains that through each Pauri Nanak goes into in-depth message of different systems of transformation used by the masters and paths. Anyone with linear consciousness or one track mind and understanding cannot understand Nanak. Only a master whose consciousness has reached its pinnacle! Or has merged with the ultimate can explain various systems of transformation of human consciousness as interwoven through various Pauris of Japji Sahib. Allow this nectar to ooze into being.

And the physical body! Your physical body is mere showcase of all that happens at other planes or bodies. Then the question comes from where can healing really happen. Since physical body is mere showcase. Definitely it cannot be the beginning. Regular medicine begins here but not meditation. Can you start at bioplasmic level? Or you still have to go a step beyond. There are so many unresolved issues in each one of you that need to be addressed before the healing can really begin. Through these meditations, I am creating inner balance between body and the mind. Only then you can attain to meditativeness. This process will continue until new man, one who is beyond body, mind, and intellect, is born out of you. This is just the beginning. MEDITATION THE ULTIMATE IN HEALING is the outcome of the insights and deeper understanding of someone who has explored deep within an unfathomable treasure or reservoir. He has also a tremendous capacity to transfer such inner experience to others as the process of healing. However, I was very impressed when I looked at the text and was even more so when I listened to the audio part of these meditations! I listened to them several times sometimes in deep meditation. My purpose was to analyze these audio and their role in healing. The various categories of body meditations, mind meditations, balancing the mind and meditationthe ultimate are all beautifully planned for the beginner as well as the experienced meditator.
