La CASA DE JOSÉ MALANCA Y BLANCA DEL PRADO, es uno de los atractivos que posee el barrio San Vicente. Desde hace años, la vivienda se convirtió en un Museo y es custodiada por el matrimonio Ana María Malanca y José Luis Arisi, quienes residen en ella. Su singular arquitectura construida por el pintor, la hace especial a las demás casas. Gracias a su familia y vecinos la casa aún conserva y puede ser visitada por todos los cordobeses. Al año siguiente de fallecer el pintor, Córdoba le rindió homenaje. Así reza en una placa de bronce: “EN ESTE SOLAR VIVIO JOSE MALANCA / Y EN EL RECREO SU PERDURABLE OBRA PICTORICA / COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE HOMENAJE / 10 – 18 – 1968”.
