No es dificil constatar hoy en lo eclesiastico un relative antijuridicismo; al menos explicito porque quizas encubre en su carga reactiva el considerable deseo de un orden de convivencia eclesial mas justo y mas cristiano. A ese antijuridicismo no parecen faltarle de hecho motivos y aun poderosas razones. Por ejemplo, la temporalidad y diferenciacion intrinseca de Derecho Canonico en su unitad no es quiza tema en general muy presente en la mentalidad juridica, atenta a veces con prevalencia a la relativa eficiencia del uniformiamo burocratico centralizador y un tanto simplista; y la adptacion institucional parece entenderse como una politica de praticismo que escamotea el problema en vistas a un apaciguamiento immediato. Pero a la vez sorprendente la aparente inconsideracion con que se trata el tema sin ponerse al parecer la cuestion de saber que es y ha de ser el derecho canonico que se critica, para poder positivamente y no con meras voces criticarlo y reformarlo. Pensando en la situacion juridica eclesial posterior al Vaticano II y en los intentos de reforma juridica, nos preguntamos si no hay una relacion entre cierto opportunismo practicista de algunos renovadores juridicos y el vociferante e indiscriminato antijuridicismo de otros.
