La investigacion se realizo en la FUM Amancio, referido a tareas docentes integradoras para fortalecer la formacion laboral agricola en los estudiantes de la carrera de ingenieria agropecuaria. Se evaluo la fundamentacion sobre las exigencias en la carrera de ingenieria agropecuaria y el nuevo modelo pedagogico teniendo en cuenta los presupuestos epistemologicos de la formacion laboral en estudiantes y su relacion con la carrera de ingenieria agropecuaria. Se basa en una propuesta de tareas docentes integradoras para fortalecer la formacion laboral en los estudiantes de ingenieria agropecuaria, partiendo de un diagnostico de la situacion existente en la carrera de ingenieria agropecuaria en la FUM Amancio. Se realizo un analisis teorico de las tareas docentes integradoras, asi como la propuesta de estas tareas para fortalecer la formacion laboral en los estudiantes de Ingenieria Agropecuaria, se realizo una valoracion de los resultados de la aplicacion de las tareas docentes integradoras. Se considera que la investigacion contribuira a que profesores de la ensenanza superior lo utilicen en otros paises y ayuden a la formacion la laboral de estudiantes de Ingenieria Agropecuaria.

An FAO Crop and Food Supply Assessment Mission (CFSAM) visited all main food producing areas in Timor-Leste from 27 April to 9 May 2021 to estimate the 2021 crop production and the import requirements during the 2021/22 marketing year (April/March). The Mission’s aim was to provide an accurate picture of severity and extent of the shocks that affected the agriculture sector in 2021 and identify the country’s main agricultural support needs until the next harvest. In particular, as officially requested by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MAF), the CFSAM assessed the impact of the tropical storm and floods as well as FAW and ASF outbreaks on the agriculture sector.

The State of the World's Land and Water Resources for Food and Agriculture is FAO's first flagship publication on the global status of land and water resources. It is an 'advocacy' report, to be published every three to five years, and targeted at senior level decision makers in agriculture as well as in other sectors. SOLAW is aimed at sensitizing its target audience on the status of land resources at global and regional levels and FAO's viewpoint on appropriate recommendations for policy formulation. SOLAW focuses on these key dimensions of analysis: (i) quantity, quality of land and water resources, (ii) the rate of use and sustainable management of these resources in the context of relevant socio-economic driving factors and concerns, including food security and poverty, and climate change. This is the first time that a global, baseline status report on land and water resources has been made. It is based on several global spatial databases (e.g. land suitability for agriculture, land use and management, land and water degradation and depletion) for which FAO is the world-recognized data source. Topical and emerging issues on land and water are dealt with in an integrated rather than sectoral manner. The world's demand for food is expected to double within the next 50 years, while the natural resources that sustain agriculture will become increasingly scarce, degraded, and vulnerable to the effects of climate change. In many poor countries, agriculture accounts for at least 40 percent of GDP and 80 percent of employment. At the same time, about 70 percent of the world's poor live in rural areas and most depend on agriculture for their livelihoods. 'World Development Report 2008' seeks to assess where, when, and how agriculture can be an effective instrument for economic development, especially development that favors the poor. It examines several broad questions: How has agriculture changed in developing countries in the past 20 years? What are the important new challenges and opportunities for agriculture? Which new sources of agricultural growth can be captured cost effectively in particular in poor countries with large agricultural sectors as in Africa?
