Para ello, los autores indagan en las dimensiones subjetivas de un grupo de emprendedores del distrito de Ate, en Lima. De manera general, encontramos que el emprendedurismo sirve para conjugar las necesidades materiales y la falta de oportunidades laborales con una narrativa donde sobreponerse solo a las adversidades constituye un valor en sí mismo.

This book depicts new paradigms in Hispanic linguistic, literary and cultural studies. Part I: Literary and Cultural Studies includes eight essays focusing on a new trend of cultural representation attempting to find new meaning(s). Hay una innovación mayor en el sistema productivo mundial y en el cual la organización contemporánea juega un papel protagónico: la desterritorialización del proceso de producción. Pero no se trata simplemente de la tercerización, las redes de franquicias y las maquiladoras. Es esto y mucho más. Con la desterritorialización de la producción y la relocalización de las organizaciones como fenómeno planetario, se materializaron en paralelo un sinnúmero de efectos patógenos sobre los que ya habían advertido desde hace medio siglo Gilles Deleuze y Félix Guattari en su examen sobre la relación entre "capitalismo y esquizofrenia" en su Antiedipo. Según ellos, el problema del socius siempre (desde la "máquina territorial primitiva") había sido codificar los flujos del deseo, registrarlos, regularlos. Pero la "máquina capitalista" causó la decodificación y desterritorialización de tales flujos. El orden necesario para la estructuración social se impone, entonces, con una violencia inédita, que se deja ver no solo en lo físico, sino que, al ejercerse sobre el imaginario social, está presente en el inconsciente colectivo. El pensamiento administrativo y organizacional parece que no se ha percatado del reto ante semejante mutación. Justamente sobre esto, los autores de los trabajos reunidos en La organización desterritorializada quieren llamar la atención, al concentrarse en problemas como tiempo, en la hipermodernidad, la gestión del éxito, el examen del discurso, la organización como territorio, el menosprecio, las relaciones laborales y la contabilidad crítica, entre otros.

Cuando en el Perú parecen concretarse el fin de la crisis económica y de las dos décadas de violencia política, la estrategia de marca país, propuesta desde el propio Estado y desarrollada en asociación con consultoras globales de branding, ha adquirido un rol protagónico. Mediante estas estrategias, centradas en narrativas y modelos de acción, se imagina la nación y se proponen ideales de ciudadanía. En este despliegue, la identidad visual de la marca ha sido validada y reproducida por numerosos ciudadanos de modo formal e informal, a la vez que intervenida desde una postura más crítica con el objetivo de evidenciar las fisuras de sus narrativas. La marca es entonces a la vez una oportunidad para la realización de aspiraciones, y una arena de disputa. En este contexto, y ad portas del bicentenario de nuestra Independencia, resulta fundamental entender lo que está en juego para los distintos actores implicados en esta contienda, así como las potencialidades y límites de construir la ciudadanía y la nación como marca y a sus sujetos como "embajadores" de la misma. En breve, el objetivo fundamental del libro es examinar, a través de una serie de estudios de caso y desde un enfoque interdisciplinario, la construcción contestada de un proyecto nacional desde las lógicas del mercado y capitalismo actual, como quizá la principal propuesta de narrativa nacional para las primeras décadas del siglo XXI.
