Die Praxisanleitung ist ein zentrales Element der Pflegeausbildung. Sie wurde mit dem Pflegeberufegesetz (PflBG) neu geregelt: Mindestens zehn Prozent der zu leistenden praktischen Ausbildungszeit sollen auf die geplante Praxisanleitung verwendet werden. Im Rahmen der geplanten und situativen Praxisanleitung übernehmen die verantwortlichen Personen zahlreiche Aufgaben. Zur Unterstützung wurde im Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) im März 2020 ein Fachworkshop mit Expertinnen und Experten für Praxisanleitung durchgeführt. Die vorliegenden Empfehlungen für Praxisanleitende im Rahmen der Pflegeausbildung nach dem PflBG sind aus diesem Workshop entstanden und richten sich an Praxisanleitende und alle an der Pflegeausbildung beteiligten Akteure. Neben Konzepten für eine gelingende Praxisanleitung werden die Rolle und das Berufsverständnis der Praxisanleitenden beleuchtet. Außerdem werden Praxisanleiterkonferenzen als Form der Vernetzung und Lernortkooperation vorgestellt. Die Empfehlung möchte Praxisanleitende ermutigen, selbst "mehr zu fragen als zu antworten“, um eine reflektierte, instruierende und konstruktive Arbeitsweise zu entwickeln.

At best, psychotherapy might provide a degree of understanding about that limitation. The historical relationship between psychology and magic is examined. The socio-political and economic structures of the society in which we live have the greatest influence on mental health, as on many other matters. Therefore, the individuation of focus in psychology on personal relationships, happiness, and sexuality can significantly miss the point. We need to develop political and social structures that 'take care' of people, to enable them to have meaningful 'public' lives.
