Ebenso wenig ist ernsthaft darüber diskutiert worden, welche Folgen diese Absichten tatsächlich haben werden. Der Autor zeichnet nach, wie es nach Fukushima zu dieser politischen Kehrtwende kam, ob und wie die neuen Strategien in die globale Klima- und in die europäische Energiepolitik passen und was diese neue Politik tatsächlich beinhaltet. Und vor allem: wie Staat und Politik die Bevölkerung und Wirtschaft für diese neue Welt gewinnen wollen. Ab Herbst 2013 wird das Schweizer Parlament über die Vorlage beraten. Später wird das Volk zu Wort kommen. Höchste Zeit, sich mit der Thematik zu befassen.
