Com Leis perfeitas e perenes, naturais, racionais e pragmáticas, e a fim de que se evite tudo que seja ornamental, decorativo, inútil, supérfluo, descartável e desnecessário, os cargos de presidente e governador devem ser abolidos. Os criminosos devem ser contidos logo após o cometimento do crime, evitando a reincidência, de forma digna, livre e produtiva, sob a responsabilidade da sua família e não mais do governo. Para tanto, usemos o projeto ZOC (zero ofensiva criminal), não há necessidade de serem guarnecidos em currais e estrebarias. Os presídios devem ser resilidos pelo simples fato de sua ineficiência, sua vergonhosa imundice e a incapacidade de recuperar o ser humano enjaulado.
