Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Personalführung, Note: 2,2, Technische Universität Kaiserslautern (Sozialwissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Ziel der Masterarbeit ist es, einen Einblick zu gewinnen, wie in der beruflichen Ausbildung personale und soziale Kompetenzen, entwickelt werden können. Weiter von Belang ist auch die Frage nach dem Mehrwert dieser Kompetenzen in Bezug auf Auszubildende und der Betriebe. Hinsichtlich der Personalentwicklung (PE) stellt sich die Frage, welchen Beitrag diese bei der Entwicklung und Förderung der oben genannten Kompetenzen innerhalb der beruflichen Ausbildung konkret leisten kann. Hierfür werden auf Basis einer Theorie-Praxis-Übertragung Handlungsempfehlungen für die Praxis erarbeitet. Im Zuge der beruflichen Ausbildung soll gemäß § 1 Berufsbildungsgesetzt (BBiG) die Handlungskompetenz der Auszubildenden durch ausbildende Unternehmen gefördert werden. Zu den Handlungskompetenzen finden sich in der Literatur zahlreiche Ausführungen, wie etwa dass diese neben fachlich/methodischen Kompetenzen auch soziale und personale Kompetenzen umfassen soll. Im Rahmen der beruflichen Ausbildung werden fachliche und methodische Kompetenzen in sachlichen und zeitlichen Gliederungen (Ausbildungsordnungen) je nach Ausbildungsberuf möglichst detailliert beschrieben und sind für entsprechende Bildungspartner (Berufsschule, Ausbildungsbetrieb, überbetriebliche Bildungseinrichtung etc.) als Rahmenlehrplan verbindlich geregelt. Soziale und personale Kompetenzen sind zusätzliche Eigenschaften des Subjektes, mit denen das fachlich-methodische Wissen und Können in geforderte Handlungen verknüpft und umgesetzt wird. In den Rahmenlehrplänen und Ausbildungsordnungen werden diese bisher nicht explizit gegliedert dargestellt.
