Berühmte Beispiele sind Opel oder Karstadt als bekannte Vertreter von Aktiengesellschaften. Je größer die Unternehmen, desto weitreichender sind die Folgen einer Krise, wenn man sich z.B. auf den Verlust von Arbeitsplätzen bezieht. Bereits seit vielen Jahrzehnten beschäftigen sich Menschen mit Krisen und versuchen diese zu definieren, zu lokalisieren und zu begründen. Dabei wurden Modelle und Konzepte entwickelt, die zur Bewältigung beitragen und Krisen „greifbar“ bzw. vorausschaubar machen sollen. Es stellt sich allerdings die Frage, inwieweit Unternehmen darauf Einfluss nehmen können. Gibt es Symptome bzw. Indikatoren, die den Krisenbeginn kennzeichnen? Welche Maßnahmen können getroffen werden, um präventiv wirksam zu werden. Wie soll ein Unternehmen, das in eine Krise geraten ist, agieren, um den Fortbestand zu sichern und erfolgreich aus ihr hervorzugehen? Der Hauptteil dieser Arbeit beinhaltet Theorien und wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, die Krisen im Einzelnen erfassen und den Umgang mit ihnen erleichtern. Ursachen, Maßnahmen und Ansätze zur Bewältigung sollen ein Grundverständnis vermitteln und einen generellen Ablauf darstellen. Des Weiteren werden die Besonderheiten des Krisenmanagements in klein- und mittelständischen Unternehmen hervorgebracht. Zwar findet im generellen Ablauf keine Differenzierung statt, aber im Detail weichen diese Unternehmen in einigen Punkten von Großunternehmen ab. Eine empirische Untersuchung sowie ein Praxisbeispiel soll dies kenntlich machen.

Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Das Jahr 2003 ist für die Unternehmen in Deutschland gekennzeichnet durch eine Vielzahl von Problemen. Speziell die deutschen Unternehmen sind von einer stetig steigenden Anzahl von Unternehmenspleiten bzw. Insolvenzen besonders betroffen. Eine Vielzahl von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen stecken in einer ökonomischen Krise und suchen nach einer Lösung, um Krisensituationen zu bewältigen und um einen möglichen Exitus zu verhindern. Neben vielen spektakulären Firmenzusammenbrüchen größerer Unternehmen sind es vor allen die kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen des Mittelstandes, die von der ständig ansteigenden Anzahl von Unternehmensinsolvenzen besondert hart betroffen sind. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit stehen daher vor allem die kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen, die durch kritische Situationen im Unternehmensalltag schnell in eine handfeste Unternehmenskrise geraten können, die im schlimmsten Fall im Insolvenzverfahren und der kompletten Zerschlagung des Unternehmens enden kann. Um diese tödliche Spirale für KMU zu verhindern, gilt es frühzeitig kritische Situationen im Unternehmensalltag zu erkennen und entsprechende Gegenmaßnahmen in Krisensituationen einzuleiten. Die vorliegenden Arbeit behandelt daher in erster Linie die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen einer außergerichtlichen Sanierung ein Unternehmen vor der Einleitung eines Insolvenzverfahrens zu bewahren und somit dem Unternehmen die Möglichkeit zu geben, aus eigener Kraft mit der Unterstützung externer Partner, eine erfolgreiche Rettung des Unternehmens einzuleiten. Neben dem Kernstück der Arbeit, der außergerichtlichen Sanierung als Lösungsansatz zur Verhinderung eines Insolvenzverfahrens, werden im wesentlichen die Grundbegriffe Krise, Unternehmenskrise, Insolvenz, Sanierung und Mittelstand näher dargestellt und erläutert. Darüber hinaus wird der Verlauf von Unternehmenskrisen als mehrstufiger Prozess dargestellt und die Entstehung, Entwicklung und Auswirkungen von Unternehmenskrisen, sowohl im internen als auch im externen Unternehmensbereich dargestellt. Grundsätzlich werden dabei die verschiedenen Sichtweisen berücksichtigt: zum einen die Sichtweise der Unternehmen, aber auch mögliche Verhaltenweisen von Banken bei Unternehmenskrisen werden näher betrachtet. How "Aha!" really happens. When do you get your best ideas? You probably answer "At night," or "In the shower," or "Stuck in traffic." You get a flash of insight. Things come together in your mind. In his prints, objects, and installations, Stefan Strumbel (b. 1979) overdraws the features of cultural products and cult objects from his native Black Forest by adding stylistic elements from Street and Pop art. He places cuckoo clocks, wooden masks worn during the local Carnival celebrations, or crucifixes in new and sometimes provocative contexts. For instance, he will supplant original elements of the cuckoo clock with motifs associated with violence, pornography, and death. The critical engagement with the idea of the homeland is a central theme in Strumbel's art. Home must here be read as a metaphor for experiences of socialization and the cornerstone of personal identityan identity that, in a globalized and increasingly digital world, takes on an anachronistic aspect. Local tradition thus becomes a cultural construction; the cuckoo clock turns into an alien element and vehicle of the transference of individual identity. The aggressive defamiliarization of traditional attributes and the garish colors of Stefan Strumbel's works have proven widely popular. His objects are collected by Karl Lagerfeld, Frieder Burda, and others.
