El mensaje de la ergonomía es claro: el trabajo debe adaptarse al hombre. Se abarca el dimensionamiento de los objetos, el diseño del trabajo físico, la prevención de desórdenes músculo-esqueléticos, el ruido, el estrés térmico, características de la cognición, el error humano, la ingeniería de la resiliencia, el diseño organizacional, la cultura de la seguridad y algunas técnicas de la macroergonomía. Dirigida a estudiantes que requieran estudios de ergonomía, y a todo tipo de profesional que esté interesado en aplicar los conocimientos sobre la interfaz hombre-sistema en su campo de acción, para obtener buenos resultados en temas de productividad, calidad y seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
