Kapitel 4 zeigt die Vorteile von KI auf und beschäftigt sich mit dem präsenten Thema der ethischen Herausforderungen, die mit der KI einhergehen. In Kapitel 5 wird kurz auf die erfolgreiche Nutzung der Digitalisierung und KI eingegangen. Kapitel 6 fasst die Erkenntnisse zusammen, beantwortet die Forschungsfrage und gibt einen Ausblick zum vorliegenden Thema.

Künstliche Intelligenz und Digitalisierung sind zu nahezu täglich gebrauchten Worten der heutigen Zeit geworden. Die rasante Entwicklung neuer Technologien, die sowohl im beruflichen als auch im privaten Leben zum Einsatz kommen, bringt einerseits neue Potenziale und Chancen, birgt andererseits auch insbesonders ethische Risiken und Herausforderungen .Die Einführung von KI-Systemen im Unternehmen muss dementsprechend strategisch geplant werden und mit einem organisierten Change Management stattfinden. Nach der erfolgreichen Implementierung stehen Unternehmen vor ethischen Herausforderungen wie dem Datenschutz, Manipulation und Stigmatisierung. Diese vorliegende Masterarbeit wurde mti dem Ziel der Identifizierung von Risiken im Rahmen von KI-Systemen und Möglichkeiten zum kontrollierten Einsatz erarbeitet. Zusätzlich wurde untersucht, inwiefern sich die Europäische Kommission den Herausforderungen annimmt und welche Regulierungen und Gesetze vorhanden sind.Dementsprechend veranschaulicht die vorliegende Masterarbeit, welche Möglichkeiten und Risiken sich durch die Nutzung von KI-Systemen ergeben und wie dadurch entstehende Herausforderungen gemeistert werden können. Anhand einer Diskursanalyse, bei der qualitativ nach Kuckartz gearbeitet wurde, werden aktuelle Methoden der Kontrolle von Künstlicher Intelligenz im Rahmen von EU-Regulierungen erläutert. Ein zentrales Ergebnis dieser Masterarbeit äußert sich vor allem im Kriterium der Transparenz, das KI-Systeme vonder Strategieentwicklung bis zur Nutzung aufzeigen müssen.Die vorliegende wissenschaftliche Arbeit kann als Leitfaden und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Einführung und den Einsatz von KI-Systemen genutzt werden und bietet einen Überblick über aktuelle technologische Entwicklungen. Es gilt zu erwähnen, dass bezugnehmend auf die rasanten technologischen Weiterentwicklungen laufend weitere Publikationen erscheinen werden und die Kontrolle von KI-Systemen noch nicht als tadellos funktionierend angesehen werden kann.
