Pentru prima dată în istoria lumii o ierarhie răsturnată se instituţionalizează, devine un regim politic în mai multe ţări de pe glob. Vai de oamenii de valoare din aceste ţări! Sunt închiși, schingiuiţi, omorâţi. Sau obligaţi să facă munci înjositoare, cu mult sub competenţa lor.
