Ohne näher auf die (bekannte) wirtschaftlicheSituation in den Entwicklungsländern einzugehen, soll zunächst mit der Geschichte derEntwicklungspolitik Europas begonnen werden. Nach der Diskussion des laufenden Lomé-IV-Vertrages wird ein Ausblick auf das Jahr 2000 die Arbeit beschließen, bei dem die Frageaufgeworfen wird, ob es einen Nachfolgevertrag geben kann. Die Arbeit ist detailliertesMaterial eines im Juli vorbereiteten Referates, das leider nicht gehalten werden konnte.[...]
